These little spice jars are great because they have see-through lids and are magnetic. Several different sets are available with a coordinating spice rack that can be placed anywhere, or you can purchase the jars individually.

$2.99 - $39.99 at Bed Bath & Beyond and Amazon.

Simon Pearce: Brookfield Canisters

August 27th, 2009

brookfieldcanisters

Sadly, these Brookfield Canisters were discontinued and only a very limited supply is still available from Simon Pearce. Giada has been using the colors glacier and ocean in all of the different sizes. Each piece of Simon Pearce pottery is a true work of art and has it’s own distinct character, which makes each one different to the next.

If you plan on collecting these canisters, I’d hurry because when they’re gone, they’re gone!

IKEA Droppar Jars

June 9th, 2009

Here is yet another great set of canisters (or jars) from IKEA that I am very excited about. They look so beautiful with the frosted glass and see-through stainless lids.  So far I’ve only seen the two smaller sizes on Giada at Home, but I’m sure the bigger ones will make their way soon enough!

Crate & Barrel: Stainless Canisters

June 9th, 2009

It seems like for every new episode there’s a set of new canisters in Giada’s lovely TV kitchen. I don’t know about you, but I’ll take them all!

These sleek stainless canisters are really nice because you can see what’s inside through the little clear window.

They are no longer available online so hurry and check your local Crate & Barrel stores before they sell out. But if that happens you’re still in luck because Bed Bath & Beyond also carries them, just in a set of 4 different sizes.
